Situation:
Perform Better had a large and loyal following of personal trainers, athletic trainers and coaches who had purchased Perform Better products for themselves and their clients. They had a limited partner program that gave some of these professionals reduced rates for purchases. However, it was a manual process and the potential to incentivize this strong client base remained largely untapped.

Challenge:
Increase traffic and online sales through referrals from the multitude of personal trainer websites.

Solution:
Precision recognized that Perform Better had all the right ingredients for a successful online affiliate program: excellent products and loyal clients who regularly recommended Perform Better's equipment to others.

In addition, many of these professionals had websites which provided the perfect outlet for creating a cost-effective, large-scale partner program.

Precision selected an online affiliate tracking software that is easy to maintain and easy for affiliates to use. Precision continually administers the program and generates monthly emails that provide useful tips and current sale information to keep affiliates engaged.

Each month Precision provides a list of affiliates who have earned commissions to Perform Better for checks to be cut and mailed.

In four years, the affiliate membership has steadily grown through promotions on the website and in monthly newsletters. Affiliate membership is strictly limited to sites that focus on health, fitness or training related issues.
