In May 2001 New Media Adventures is purchased by envision Technology Advisors, with Steve and Doug as part of the project.

In June of 2002 Steve and Doug spin off from Envision and form Precision Web Marketing, alas.
In 2003 Precision Web Marketing moved to Middletown, Rhode Island, and starts to grow.
One long late night, Steve finds Michelle again...online. Her web marketing success, and Steve's search ability had payed off. Steve and Michelle begin to collaborate on projects.
Fate had arrived...
July 2004, Steve is mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom, and ships out. Steve and Michelle decide to officially join forces, and form Precision Web Marketing's New England Division.
In 2005, Precision expands again and welcomes aboard Laura Theisen - the email marketing guru.
In 2006, Precision Web Marketing launches a new website, Steve returns from Iraqi Freedom, and Precision relocates its headquarters to the Wanskuck Mill building off Branch Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. The team again expanded with the addition Dan Clawson, Weston Porter and Mary Ann Fournier.
In 2007 Precision Web Marketing again moved its headquarters to a new business suite in the Hilton Garden Inn in Warwick, Rhode Island. They share the space with A Gold Productions (a leading online video production company). Steve is promoted to commanding officer status in the Navy Reserves, and is again mobilized to serve in Iraq, this time as an executive officer helping to train the Iraqi Army in Umm Qasr. Precision also brought on Erin DeLuca to head sales efforts.
With the realization that clients need to understand what is involved with their online marketing campaigns - Precision Web Marketing opened the doors to it's Learn by Doing Learning Center. Now offering workshops and seminars to companies and individuals, Precision Web marketing hopes to move into the future helping people understand and be in control of their oline marketing efforts.
In late 2007, Precision Web Marketing launched its latest website.
June 2008, Steve returns from Iraq safe and sound.
