Girasole Announces Departure from Precision Web Marketing
Starting a business of my own has been a dream of mine as long as I can remember. As I prepare to move on from the company, I can’t help but reflect on my original intentions and goals for the business, and must say I am so proud of what we have been able to accomplish.
Seven years ago, pregnant with my first child, I made the decision to offer a new service that focused on marketing other businesses on the Internet. I hoped to partner with existing web development firms, and make a living working from home, and using my talents as a marketing communications expert. I was fortunate to have connected with Steve and Doug at Precision, who were in the process of building a wide menu of online marketing services.
At the time, most business people didn’t even realize they had access to web statistics, let alone use them to measure return on their marketing investment. How far we have all come, and this industry is only just getting its legs!
To our clients - It has been such a rewarding experience to work with you - companies large and small, in Rhode Island and out - to assist you all in achieving millions of dollars of sales growth and valuable marketing leads. Let it be known that we’ve marketed your products and services as if they were our own, and the Precision team will continue to measure its own success based on the return on your investment in our services.
To my business partner, Steve – I’ve truly enjoyed our partnership. Together we’ve achieved much more than my original vision. It has been a pleasure to watch you negotiate, sell, brainstorm, service and grow. I’ve learned so much, and am confident that you will continue to lead Precision in providing innovative services and top-notch ROI in a promising future.
To Laura and Doug – You are the cornerstones of our service. Our clients’ success is due largely to your knowledge, skills and dedication to excellent service. I will forever appreciate your contributions.
To all who have worked with me on the Precision team - Erin, Mary Ann, Weston, Josh, Dan, Kristen, Ashley, Shannon, Len, Frank, Jim, Arty and Sarah – My sincere thanks for the way each of you contributed your time and talents to the growth of our company. It was a pleasure to work with each of you, and I welcome the opportunity to connect in the future.
To all of our web development partners – thanks for the opportunity to collaborate in client projects and marketing efforts. We could not have grown thus far without you, and I know Steve values your relationships as much as I do.
My decision to leave is primarily due to my wish to get back to my original intention for starting a business: to work from home while my children are young. Plain and simple. At this stage of Precision’s growth, it needs a leader who will be present in the office on weekdays, to respond to the needs of prospects, clients, staff, and partners, as well as maintain a clear focus on industry and company developments.
I know that Steve is up to that task, and is eager to take back the reins!
My plans are to focus on my other venture, The Sassy Ladies, as we launch our new book for women entrepreneurs in the fall, and offer new products and services to this niche market using social media marketing, email, affiliate, search and other forms of online marketing. I welcome the opportunity to practice what I’ve been preaching as we grow this new global company from the comforts of home!
I trust that we will easily keep in touch online. I plan to keep my profiles up to date on Linked In and Facebook.
Best wishes for a bright future,
Michelle Girasole
